Industry leading insurance company who provide an impressive portfolio of products for many major household names are looking for a Bonus & Incentives Manager to join their successful management team at their modern call centre based in Stoke-onTrent.
The call centre has c.500fte and operates as a telesales / telemarketing function. As the Bonus & Incentives Manager you will report directly to the Head of Call Centre and be challenged with delivering the maximum return on investment from the call centre’s bonus and incentives budget.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a budget, use MI & prepare reports, manage stakeholders, be creative and influence people to deliver results on target.
This is a brand new position and the company are keen to get the right person for the role and as such are looking for applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds, including roles such as Call Centre Manager, Business Change Manager, Telesales / Telemarketing Manager.
A the Bonus & Incentives Manager you will have the following skills and experiences:
· Ability to analyse & make recommendations for change
· Experience at team manager level as a minimum
· Proven track record of delivering to targets
· Fluent in management reporting techniques
· Self motivated with strong interpersonal skills
· High level of written & spoken communication skills
