Business Information Analyst / Wakefield
This a fantastic opportunity to join a national organisation operating within the public sector who are seeking an experienced Business Information Analyst to join their successful call centre team at their modern call centre based in Wakefield.
As a Business Information Analyst you will play an integral role within the call centre providing Business Analysis across a variety of functions. The role is essential in developing the standards of Business Analysis Information to report against Services offered by the organisation.
Working as part of the Business Analysis Team ensuring consistent, uniformed and structured Business Analysis information is provided.
You will be responsible for a variety of day to day tasks, maintaining a shared mailbox handling customer correspondence through appropriate communication channels, attending meetings and completing individual ad-hoc reporting activities within the remit of the Business Analysis Team.
You will support the management team within the call centre and contribute to the delivery of the other initiatives by helping to resolve complex queries, issues/problems offering expertise where appropriate.
You will work closely with the Forecasting & Capacity Team, the Scheduling Team and other key stakeholders external and internal to the call centre.
The ideal Business Information Analyst will have the following skills and experiences:
· Previous call centre analytical / scripting experience
· Good at building relationships with internal & external customers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Data comparison, logical analysis, data exploration, statistics
· Computer knowledge including spreadsheets/databases (Access/Excel, Crystal)
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
· Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
