The sister company of the UK’s number one provider of heating & plumbing labour are recruiting full time call centre administrators to join their successful customer service team at their modern offices based in Barnet.

We`re looking for people with strong initiative, high energy levels and the ability to work under pressure. You should be a competent user of Microsoft Office, be resilient and have good administrative and communication skills.
As a call centre administrator you will be responsible for handling customer service enquiries and queries, establishing the customers’ requirements and directing engineers to jobs whilst ensuring targeted response times are achieved.

The ideal call centre administrator will have the following skills and experience:

- 2 years customer service experience.
- Previous call centre experience.
- Good communication skills.
