Call Centre Coach / Trainer - Bedford
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest debt management organisations in the UK. Established 15 years ago with over 27,000 customers they are looking for an experienced call centre trainer / coach to join their successful telesales department at their contact centre based in Bedford.
As a call centre coach / trainer you will report directly to the Sales Director and play an integral role within the contact centre providing coaching and training support to the telesales teams from the minute they join the company and throughout their ongoing development.
You will support call centre management & contribute to the delivery of sales targets through:
* Continuous evaluation of contact centre quality standards
* Identification of telesales training requirements
* Design & implementation of coaching materials / logs
* Day to day coaching and mentoring of call centre teams
The ideal call centre telesales coach / trainer will have the following skills and experiences:
* Previous call centre coaching / training experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence & professionalism
* Able to motivate and influence peoples behaviour
* Results orientated with a pro-active & tenacious attitude
