Call Centre Team Manager - Essex
We\'re looking for a proven Telesales Team Manager to cover maternity leave on a 1 year fixed term contract ideally starting before Christmas!
Our client operates within the Utilities sector selling business to business. They are a stable, established business that wins and retains business through the quality of their customer service.
The professional sales teams care about the service they sell and make a point of getting customer information accurate first time.
You will be a proven telesales manager not a newly promoted team leader. You must have the capability to run your team like your own business, maximising the data provided (click to dial) making your own decisions re. targeting areas etc. in order to secure business utility contracts.
B2B or B2C sales experience within the SME market is beneficial but not essential.
