Customer Service Team Leader / Hatfield
The UK\\\\\\\'s leading, premium express delivery company who currently provide high quality, flexible and innovative courier services across the UK, Ireland and worldwide are looking for Customer Service Team Leaders to join their successful customer service team at their brand new call centre based in Hatfield.
As a call centre Customer Service Team Leader you will managing a team of advisers taking inbound calls to from customers, establishing their requirements and making recommendations suitable for their needs.
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and motivated people with the ability to provide world-class customer service.
The ideal Customer Services Team Leader will have the following skills and experiences:
· At least 2 years team leader experience in a call centre (sales or service)
· Strong coaching competencies, monitoring & feedback etc
· Ability to work under pressure
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
