Dialler / IT Manager - Manchester
Newly established contact centre specialising in outbound sales to accident claims customers are rapidly growing and as a result require a Technical & Dialler Manager to be responsible for the IT, dialler, data & MI of the operation.
You will be responsible for the following key areas:
* First line system support including PC, Server, Telephony, Dialler
* Data management and exploitation
* Production of MI reports from the various systems and analysis
* Making performance recommendations to operations team members
* Introduction of MI to support intra day management of the operation
* Management of business continuity plan
* System maintenance and support across IT, telephony and dialler
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role in a contact centre and ideally within an outbound sales environment.
You will need to be flexible in your approach as this is small but rapidly growing organisation with a dynamic and informal culture.
You must have eligibility to work in the UK and be able to attend two interviews in Manchester in the next 3 weeks.
The role is based in Manchester and the salary is to £34k
The hours are varied and involve some evenings
