Industry leading debt management company are looking for Telesales / Telemarketing Agents to join their successful lead generation team at their modern call centre based in the heart of city centre Manchester.
As an Outbound Telesales / Telemarketing Agent you will be making outbound calls to potential customers, establishing their circumstances and generating qualified leads to pass on to the team of experienced advisors who will make recommendations for suitable products.
We are looking for people with previous call centre experience who are confident, enthusiastic and motivated with the resiliance and sales ability to hit telesales / telemarketing targets.
The ideal Telesales / Telemarketing Agent will have the following skills and experience:
· Previous outbound Telesales / Telemarketing / Lead Generation experience
· Previous debt management experience is beneficial but not essential
· A good telephone manner and ability to empathise with customers
· Ability to work under pressure in a targetted call centre environment
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
In return you will receive:
· Basic salary up to £16,000 pa
· Achievable earnings of £28,000 (Uncapped)
