Global leader in the call centre outsourcing industry are looking for Telesales Agents to join their successful team at their modern call centre in prestigious new offices in the heart of Bristol city centre.
As a Telesales Agent you will be making outbound calls whilst working on various campaigns so you need to be able to adapt easily to different situations and think quickly on your feet
You will have a good telephone manner and be motivated by delivering sales results. We are looking for people who are target driven, professional and enthusiastic with the ability to hit telesales targets.
The ideal Telesales Agent will have the following skills and experiences:
· A good telephone manner
· Be proactive with a can do attitude
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
· Good at building relationships with different types of people
· Able to communicate complicated information making it easy to understand
In return you will receive:
· Basic salary of £14,000 pa
· Achievable OTE of £19,500 pa
· Realistic commission & bonus targets
