Telesales / Health Care Advisers / Newark
This a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing insurance company who are part of one of the UK\\\\\\\'s leading insurance networks and fully regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Telesales Agents are needed to join their successful telesales team at their modern call centre based in Newark.
As a Telesales Agent you will be selling private medical insurance products to both existing and new customers using in-house lead generation sources. You will need to keep accurate records and be comfortable working in an FSA compliant and regulated environment.
We are looking for tenacious telesales advisers with self-motivation and the ability to hit telesales targets.
The ideal Telesales Agent will have the following skills and experiences:
· Minimum 1 year experience in the financial sector
· Good at building long term relationships with customers
· A good telephone manner
· Be proactive with a can do attitude
· Able to work well as part of a call centre telesales team as well as under your own steam
· Experience with private medical insurance an advantage but not essential
· Financial planning certificate an advantage but not essential
In return you will receive:
· Basic salary between £20,000 - £25,000 negotiable
· Achievable OTE of £35,000 pa
