Telesales / Southampton
One of the UK\\\'s leading business insurance brokers who are part of one of the fastest growing financial services businesses in the UK are looking for Telesales / Telemarketing Agents to join their successful telesales team at their modern call centre based in the heart of Southampton.
As an Inbound Telesales Agent you will be taking inbound calls from potential business customers, establishing their requirements and making recommendations for suitable products.
We are looking for people with previous call centre experience who are confident, enthusiastic and motivated with the resilience and sales ability to hit telesales targets.
The ideal Telesales Agent will have the following skills and experience:
· At least 6 months previous Telesales or Telemarketing experience
· Previous insurance experience is beneficial but not essential
· Ability to work under pressure in a targeted call centre environment
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
· Excellent communications skills and a “can do” attitude
· IT skills / knowledge
In return you will receive:
· Basic salary from £16,000 - £18,000 pa
· Achievable earnings of £25,000 (Uncapped)
