Industry leading insurance company who provide an impressive portfolio of products for many major household names are looking for Telesales Agents to join their successful telesales team at their modern call centre based in Stoke-onTrent.
As a Telesales Agent you will be handling inbound customer enquiries, establishing their requirements and making recommendations for products suitable for their needs.
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and motivated people with the ability to hit telesales targets.
The ideal Telesales Agent will have the following skills and experiences:
· Minimum 3-6 months sales, telesales, or call centre experience
· A good telephone manner
· Happy working towards targets
· Ability to work under pressure
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
In return you will receive:
· Basic salary of £12,500 pa
· Achievable OTE of £22,000 pa
