As a call centre Customer Service Adviser you will be taking inbound calls to from customers, establishing their requirements and making recommendations suitable for their needs.

The ideal Customer Services Adviser will have the following skills and experiences:
· Any customer service experience, call centre or face to face
· A good telephone manner
· Ability to work under pressure
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as under your own steam
