Call Centre Connect was established by Managing Director Rob Wilkinson, a former call centre manager with over 10 years experience in Sales, Customer Care & Marketing whose career spans a range of industries and includes several well known blue chip organisations.

Training
Will Blanksby joined the company as Learning Director bringing with him more than a decade of call centre training experience having worked for some of the most recognisable names in UK industry.
